The Bidding & Selection Process

Transparent, competitive, and fair for both parties

  1. Customer posts a job – with title, description, budget, and category.
  2. Qualified artisans receive notification – based on their selected category.
  3. Artisans place bids – each bid includes a price quote and a message explaining why they are the best fit.
  4. Customer reviews bids – compares prices, profiles, ratings, and previous work.
  5. Customer accepts one bid – the job status changes to “assigned”.
  6. Artisan completes the job – both parties communicate directly (messages).
  7. Customer leaves a review & rating – feedback is public and helps future customers.
